Both Bradley and Coulter are playing football. Bradley's team - the eighth-grade South Junior High Cougars - are 4-1 with two regular season games remaining. Bradley plays quarterback and cornerback and in his last game threw one touchdown pass and one interception, while also returning a couple of kickoffs and recovering a pooch kickoff.
Coulter's team - the fifth-grade Lightning - is 2-3 and if they win their next game will advance to the playoffs. Coulter also plays quarterback and safety and on Sunday threw a touchdown pass, while returning several punts and kickoffs.
They are both fun to watch play and both sets of grandparents have been to Lawrence to watch games this season.
